The Goal of Child and Youth Development Program is to ensure the proper development and wellbeing of children and youth through integrated and inclusive services.

Besides, the child youth development program targets unemployed and migration prone youth and works to reverse irregular (unsafe and illegal) migration through creating well aware, well informed, and employable youth.
